I will like to start by saying my review of the dealership does not reflect the gentleman I dealt with when purchasing my vehicle. I am reviewing the process of buying the vehicle from this particular dealership because I am very disappointed about it. They were not knowledgable about state tag/ vehicle registration nor did they disclosed the minor issues the vehicle I was purchasing had, which was fine because it is a good vehicle and I enjoy working on cars even though it was overpriced. I was told the title would be mailed out the next day and would arrive at my residents 3-5 business days. The person whom is responsible fot tags & titles didn't do their job until I had to call to follow up. Then they proceed to tell me again that she overnight mailed it to me. Unfortunately I still have not yet received it and because I am moving to another state and I needed the title to transfer the tag. Now I have to take another trip just accomplish this task because of their negligence. I was nothing but kind and polite and I was even glad that I drove 2 1/2 hrs to support a small business dealership and even payed the 3% debit card fee for the purchase of my vehicle. The vehicle I purchased is of good quality but the circumstances are very disappointing.
No service after the sale! I bought a 2004 Grand Cherokee here in July, great car at a good price. Brandon was my salesman and did a great job setting up a test drive and answering my questions about the car. I was told that the price included a 12/12 warranty, which is a really nice addition to the sale. It's now October and I have not received any warranty info. The car has developed what I think is a minor problem, and is probably not covered under the warranty, but I really don't know because I can't get anyone there to get me my warranty info. I've been texting and calling Brandon, and the office for a week now and still can't get anyone to get me the info. Brandon hasn't returned a call or a text, and when I call the office he's never there. I spoke to another person at the office on Saturday who gave me some excuse and promised I would get a call back on Monday, didn't happen. I inquired about the warranty info back in August, now again on October, and still have nothing. Love the car, hate the service. Once you are out the door they don't seem to want to know you.
I purchased my vehicle a week ago from there. I personally had no problems they were all very nice to me and helped me out. Brandon was super helpful and super sweet he definitely made car shopping a bit easier.
Had a horrible experience, the staff was friendly but the vehicle I went to look at was $11,500 2001 Jeep Wrangler and it is junk wouldn't pay 1500 for it when test drove it and it was swerving all over the road tried to stop and lock in 4 x 4 and there was nothing there you can just pull up and push down on the lever as if it was not connected to anything the transmission had a whining sound. Based on my experience here if you were to buy a vehicle from this place I would take somebody with you who knows what they are looking at whoever buys that jeep is going to be very unhappy very clean cars inside and out but I think they're polished up mechanically they are not sound

Despicable. My daughter purchased a car from these guys. Less than a week later one headlight won’t work, the interior lights blink like crazy, it leaks coolant and burns oil. My husband took the car back and these wonderful fellas said they would take it back for $5000. less than what we paid! A $5000. hit in seven days!!!
Please do not do business with these people, they are not honest business men. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
